i found the location to be very convenient, with easy access to tourist areas. the staff were helpful. my room was awesome with very comfortable beds. the cleanliness was at a high level.

The hotel is near a metro station. It is practically next door. There is also a supermarket nearby, useful for picking up necessities and snacks, and it's very convenient.

The rooms were nice and of good size and comfort. They included a little fridge. All the facilities were available. The beds were comfy. There was also a quiet side, facing an inner courtyard.

An Acceptable Stay
room size heating system small room out-of-service elevator
The location proved quite convenient! for exploring Potsdamer Platz and Checkpoint Charlie. I found the room to be spacious and the bed comfortable. The heating worked well. The breakfast was secure, a definite plus.
The shower was inside the room, not in a separate space. I found this weird. The room I got was small. I did not like that. The elevator remained out of service for several days!

close supermarket comfortable beds kind staff
the location i found perfect. it was near transport. a supermarket sat close by. beds were comfortable too. the breakfast seemed good. it was a normal continental one. i found everything delicious. the room was clean. they cleaned it every day i stayed. the people at reception were very kind.
the carpet had stains. this made it less inviting.

cute staff spacious room excellent location
The staff were cute upon my arrival. My room was spacious. Its location is excellent. A metro stop is just a short walk away. The room had a large double bed.
The room lacked a coffee maker. There was also no water heating kettle available. Only one chair was in the room. Sitting for two people was impossible. It was hard to move around in the room.

The hotel has an amazing location, perfect for exploring the city center. Checkpoint Charlie is very convenient. Many kiosks and food outlets are located nearby, and the U-Bahn is just a two-minute walk away.

convenient location and super clean rooms
close proximity subway station bathroom shower
i liked the close proximity to many landmarks. checkpoint charlie was only a few blocks away. potsdamer platz had easy access via two subway stations. the brandenburg gate was very near too. the room included two types of pillow! i found the bathroom shower to be top notch. the staff acted polite and helpful.
i experienced the parking lot being full upon arrival. i had to park two blocks away. the rate at this alternative location was expensive. this issue caused some initial frustration. it was a minor inconvenience.

The front desk provided very kind service. The people were helpful. the staff was able to answer questions well enough, even though their english was not perfect. i also found the reception staff to be very pleasant.

the room was clean and was cleaned every day! the room even surpassed expectations. the beds were very comfy and the room included a little fridge. all needed facilities were available too. cleanliness was at the highest level.

The hotel is in a very central position. The metro is near! i reached top tourist attractions by foot. It only took up to 30 minutes. a bus stop was conveniently close. landmarks were easily accessible.
